Talk to a person.

Write, and it reaches a person rather than a queue.

Email hello@fulldiary.health

Read by a person, not a bot, and there is no autoresponder. Ask anything, including the awkward questions about safety and data.

WRITE TO US

Or send it in writing.

Useful if you want the answer in an email you can forward to a business partner, or if your question has a list in it.

It lands in the same inbox as everything else. Nothing is added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.

Goes straight to a real inbox. No CRM, no drip sequence, no newsletter.

BEFORE YOU ASK

The three questions we get most

  • Do I change my phone number? No. You keep it. We set a missed-call divert on your existing line, which takes about two minutes and comes off with one code whenever you want.
  • What happens to an urgent call? It stops booking, says it is transferring, and puts the caller through to your on-call number. If that number is not answered it tells them to hang up and call 000, or 111 in New Zealand. It never triages.
  • Where is a New Zealand clinic’s data held? In Sydney, the same as an Australian clinic’s. For a New Zealand practice that is a cross-border disclosure, and the privacy page says so plainly rather than burying it.
